Table Quiz
St Sinchill's camogie and Na Fianna hurling clubs will hold a joint table quiz this Friday, March 12 in Langton's, Killeigh. The night will kick off at 9pm so if you fancy your chances at general knowledge then get a team together and join us on the night.
Killeigh GAA
Killeigh got their Division 3 hurling league campaign off to a positive start with a well deserved 0-13 to 1-9 win over Lusmagh on Saturday last. Alan Reynolds performed well in defence and Paraic Carter in the forward line, while James
Condron popped up with some fine points at corner forward.
GAA training will continue on the designated nights. Players will be notified by text message. All players must attend.
Killeigh face Gracefield away in the first round of the Division 3 Football League this Saturday, March 13 at 4.30pm.
There was no jackpot winner in Monday's lotto held in Cloneygowan. There was however one 'match 3', that being Jonathan Moore (c/o Joe Murphy). The numbers drawn were 1, 6, 8 and 23. Next week's draw will be held in Carruther's, Geashill.
Many thanks to all those who supported Paul Mulvihill at the White Collar Boxing Night held in Rhode recently where he raised a total of €1,655 for the Temple Street Children's Hospital.

St Sinchill's Camogie
Thanks to all who contributed to the church gate collection over the weekend in Killeigh, Ballinagar and Raheen.
Well done to the Offaly intermediate team who overcame Tipperary on Saturday in the Division 2 National League. Best of luck as they take on Antrim next Sunday, March 14. Congratulations also to Offaly U-14's, who defeated Kildare last weekend.
Membership is due and registration forms are available from club secretary Sheila Coonan on (086) 3601411 or treasurer Mary Brady on (087) 9303022.

Na Fianna
Please forward any notes for the paper for Na Fianna Hurling Club to marybyrne5@eircom.net before 6pm on Sunday evening. Na Fianna U-21 hurlers play Coolderry in the opening round of the championship on St Patrick's Day in Killeigh at 12noon. Good local support is hoped for.
