“The elevator to success is out of order but the stairs are always open, guess you have to make an effort not an excuse” were the kinds of phrases quoted on an “Operation Transformation” type programme that was held at The Therapy Institute in Killeigh over 8 weeks.

Michelle & Glenn Quinn, inspired and motivated a group of ten to change their lifestyle by making an effort to refocus attitude, health and fitness. Over the 8-week period the group lost 5 stone and over 20 percent of body fat. This was achieved as a result of structured exercises, a balanced diet and a positive approach toward personal goals in a group environment.

Michelle (Flynn) Quinn is an International Health & Fitness expert and Sports Physio’ with The International Therapy and Examination Council. Michelle focuses on Pilates and Nutrition for outstanding rehabilitation and health benefits. Glenn Quinn is a Professional Life Coach, Communications Specialist and Trainer.

The group were delighted with their success and the encouragement they received from Michelle and Glenn, and wanted to give something back. They decided to make a donation to a local charity and selected St. Vincent De Paul, who tackle poverty in all its forms through the provision of practical assistance to those in need.
