Six dropped shots in his final seven holes saw Shane Lowry fall down the leaderboard to eventually finish 32nd at the HSBC Champions Event in China.
The Offaly golfer was three under to the turn in his final round but he had a double bogey on the 12th and he finished with a bogey on 17 and a triple bogey on 18.
Those shots saw him drop down the leaderboard on the final day.
Shane had been right in contention after his two opening rounds of 66 and 68. He had a level par 72 on Saturday but was still well in the hunt before the disappointing final seven holes.
The event was won by Ian Poulter who finished with a seven under par 65.
