The Midlands Martial Arts and Training Centre will open on Friday, September 2 with its first evening Seminar. The seminar will be delivered by Pietro Spadaro, a Jujitsu Master from Trapani. Mr Spadaro is a highly experienced Jujitsu instructor who has achieved a 7th Dan in Jujitsu and a 5th Dan in Kodokan Judo, for which he is an experienced Instructor.

His seminar is from 7pm to 9pm in the new centre which is situated in the Tanyard Industrial Estate. (Beside the Order Of Malta building.)

Master Spadaro is a high ranking member of the Italian Police force and frequently his classes and seminar reflect the practical and real life threats he faces on a daily basis. This is reflected in the seminars he delivers and he has been doing so at various International Events such as Kodosai and The Keepers Seminars.

The reason for this seminar being done in Tullamore is due to Master Spadaro’s close affinity to the Chief Instructors of the Irish Jujutsu Kai Joe Carslake and Martin Mac Cabhail and indeed to Tullamores new Jujutsu Instructor, Darren Hand who holds a 3rd Dan in in both the Irish and Italian Systems.

Master Spadaro will be accompanied by Sensei Lidia Ardagna who is the instructor at Yamarashi Dojo in Salemi, Sicily who also holds a 3rd Dan in Jujitsu.

The seminar will be the first held at the new Centre and is priced at €10
