Edenderry ‘boy racers’ captured on CCTV

Edenderry Town Council has been examining CCTV footage of ‘boy racers’ in the town centre, some of whom have been identified from the car registration numbers and their details passed on to Gardai.

At the May meeting of the Town Council last week Director of Services Declan Conlon said the Parking Warden had been examining the Council’s own CCTV footage as well as footage from a number of private premises in an effort to thwart the ongoing problem of ‘boy racers’ in the town centre late at night.
