Susan Buckley and Rory Cronin picked up an award on behalf of Buckley’s SuperValu, based in Birr at the National Q Mark Awards.

The talented team of 50 people from Buckley’s SuperValu, who were nominated for a top prize in Hygiene and Food Safety, have a passion for fresh food and great customer service. Buckley’s SuperValu, a privately owned retail grocery business, is one of the leading Supermarkets in the midlands.

The Black Tie event, which was held at Dublin’s Double Tree Hilton Hotel, was attended by Mr. Phil Hogan T.D., Minister for The Environment, Community and Local Government and was presented by Irish Opera Singer and TV personality Carol Anne Lowe, whose stunning array of gowns will be auctioned with all monies collected going to St. Vincent de Paul.

The National Q Mark Awards celebrate the highest standards of quality and excellence in Irish business.
