THE Under 21 footballers of Shannon Gaels and St Colm’s will meet again this Friday night after their meeting last weekend had to be abandoned due to a floodlight failure. The game in Pullough was just 15 minutes old when the lights went out with St Colm’s leading by 0-3 to 0-2.
The game has been refixed for this Friday night again in Pullough.
The winners will have a quick turnaround as they will be at home to Edenderry parish side St Patrick’s in the quarter-final on Sunday morning. That game is fixed for 11am with the game on Friday evening fixed for 7.30pm.
