Offaly Ladies GAA would like to wish Naomh Ciaran LGFC the very best of luck in the All Ireland FEILE Competitions in Derry this weekend.

Naomh Ciaran won the Division 1 All Ireland Feile Title in 2012 which was hosted in Laois/Offaly after being promoted in 2011 after winning the Division 2 All Ireland.

Naomh Ciaran will start their journey north on Friday morning leaving Ferbane at 7am and will play their first game against their host club Emyvale, Co Monaghan at 1-30pm. After the game the girls will be taken to their host families and in the evening they will travel to Derry city to participate in the Parade which gets underway at 7pm. when 5,000 players and mentors wearing their club colours will march from Celtic Park, through the city, to Guildhall Square and on to Magee College. A crowd of approximately 15,000 are expected in the city on Friday night to witness the parade.

On Saturday morning they will travel to Tyrone where they will play two more fixtures in qualifying group games before semi finals take place on Saturday evening. Aodh Ruadh,Tyrone are their first opponents at 9-30am and at 12-35 they take on the Galway Champions Corofin.
