CAROL Lynne Parente, Executive Producer of Sesame Street, will be the key note speaker at the Atlantic Conference 2012 on March 29 next in Tullamore.
Running since 2008, the conference has become a key date in the calendar of those involved in education and enterprise with an interest in science and technology education.Speakers from LEGO, Audi Sport, Dublin City of Science and the Manchester Museum of Science & Industry will also address the conference.
As Executive Producer of Sesame Street, Carol-Lynn Parente is responsible for overseeing production for Sesame Workshop’s landmark television programme and serves as a creative guide to keep the programme fresh and exciting.
In 2011, Parente won her eleventh Emmy for Sesame Street in the Outstanding Pre-School Children’s Series category and has helped the programme achieve the Guinness World Record for Most Emmys by a Television Series with 138 wins.
