BIRR GAA Club will be represented in the All-Ireland Senior Scor Final in Killarney next Saturday, April 21 in figure dancing.
The club wishes to thank the Marian Hall, St Brendan’s Community School and The Maltings for allowing them the use of their facilities to practise for this competition.
Last Friday night a table quiz was held in Kelly’s and thanks to all who supported the event, everyone who sponsored raffle prizes and to John Kelly.
Finally, the club extends best of luck to figure dancers Eimear Teehan, Sarah Teehan, Derval Kirwan, Lynn Kirwan, Aishling Sammon, Fiona Ward, Nikita Murphy, Amy Ryan, their dance teacher Phil Winsor-Corcoran, and to other county representatives Killeigh, Clara and Ferbane.
