THIS is a very busy week for traditional musicians in Edenderry and the North Offaly area with the Offaly Fleadh running until next Sunday in the east Offaly town. This is 52nd Fleadh Cheoil Uíbh Fhailí and the second year it has been hosted by Edenderry CCE.
Edenderry CCE and the Fleadh Committee hope that Offaly Fleadh 2011 will prove just as successful as last year and would like to thank all the businesses in Edenderry and surrounding areas who have provided sponsorship to help run the fleadh. Thank you to the Primary and Secondary Schools’ Board of Management and also the Management of O’Donoghue’s Lounge for allowing use of their facilities.
