Students from the McDermott School of Classical Ballet & Dance in Tullamore took to the stage in Mullingar Arts Centre to perform their much awaited Ballet Gala 2012.
The students have been rehearsing since last January and treated a packed audience to a spectacular display of classical ballet including pieces from The Sleeping Beauty, Nutcracker and La Bayadère. With a cast of a hundred performers and a display of hundreds of gorgeous costumes, this gala performance showcased Tullamore’s most talented ballerinas. It was a hugely enjoyable and professional evening and hopefully the first of many to come. Ruth & Trisha Mc Dermott would like to thank everyone involved for all their help and support.
