The Offaly Fleadh Cheoil is being hosted by Ballyboy CCE this year and will take place in Kilcormac from 8th to 12th May.
As this is the year of The Gathering, it is being planned as a festival weekend for all the family.
Along with competitions there will be lots of activities for children including a Teddy Bear’s picnic, Treasure Hunt and Sports Day. Also planned are a Vintage Parade, Session competitions in pubs and a Busking Fetival on the street. The main street will be closed on Sunday to facilitate a Gig Rig, Open Air Céili, Craft Stalls and Street Theatre.
