Barack Obama features in new exhibition
ONE of Offaly's most famous descendants, American President Barack Obama will feature in a new exhibition by a Westmeath artist.
Irish portrait artist, David Dunne is currently working on his first solo exhibition which has an Irish American theme.
Among those featured will be Monegall descendant President Obama, as well rocker Bruce Springsteen who can claim Westmeath heritage.
The show will open on Thursday March 4 in the Bad Art Gallery in Dublin and will run for two to three weeks
