Rhode Comhaltas Rhode Branch of Comhaltas are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. Celebrations will be held on June 25 with a mass in St Peter's Church, Rhode at 7pm. This will be followed by a session and refreshements in the Community Centre. Everyone is very welcome to attend and all traditional musicians and singers are invited to participate.

U-14 FC: Rhode 4-11 Edenderry 3-9. Rhode now play Na Fianna on Monday in Rhode at 7.30pm.
U-10: Rhode v Gracefield in Rhode Sunday 27 at 11am
U-12: Rhode v Clara in Clara on Wednesday, June 30 at 7pm
Summer Camp: This years Cul summer camp takes place in Rhode from July 19 to the 23 inclusive of both days. Camps operate from 10am to 2.30pm. Attendance is open from Primary School Kids aged 7 to 13 yrs. Entry Forms are in all the Local Schools or can be obtained from Carina Carroll at 087 994 2571. The cost is €55 per child.

We are looking for you to report for us on all underage football matches from U-10s all the way up to senior boys and girls men and women and any other relative GAA information. Qualifiers: Offaly Senior Footballers play Clare in the First round of the Football Qualifiers in O' Connor Park Tullamore on Saturday at 5pm. On the panel for selection from Rhode are Niall McNamee, Niall Darby, Brian Darby, Anton Sullivan, Pauric Sullivan while Shane Sullivan is out due to a broken wrist. Alan McNamee is also on the panel.
Offaly Hurlers: The team and management are wished the best of luck in the replay.
Minor Hurling: The best of luck to the Offaly Minor Hurlers who play Kilkenny in the Leinster Minor Hurling Semi-final on Sunday
