It seems like only yesterday, The wound is still very sore, For every hour of every day I miss you more and more. You did so many things for me, Your heart was kind and true, When I needed someone I could always count on you. There is always a face before me A voice I would love to hear, A smile I will always remember Of a mother I loved so dear.
