Martin Bergin : Acknowledgement

Bergin Martin Cromogue, Mountrath, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. Died 19th January, 2012 Martin's wife Annie, and family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement. We wish to thank all our extended family, neighbours and friends for their kindness and support. Thanks to all who called to our house, attended the Rosary, removal, Requiem Mass and interment. Many of you travelled long distances to be with us. Thanks, also to those who gave Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, letters and messages of sympathy. A special thanks to those who provided food and all who assisted with the catering and parking. We extend sincere thanks to Fr. Jimmy Kelly, our Parish Priest for his kindness to Martin during his illness and for his prayers and celebration of the funeral Mass. Thanks also to Fr. Pat Hennessy, Fr. Willie Hennessy, Fr. Jackie Robinson and Fr. Tommy Dillon for their support and prayers. Thanks to the Mass servers and to Michael Bergin, sacristan of Raheen Church. We also extend our gratitude to Raheen Choir, Peter Sheridan and the traditional musicians, all of whom provided beautiful music and singing. Our thanks to Seamus Burke, undertaker and his staff. Our sincere gratitude to the doctors and staff of Mountrath Health Centre, the public health nurses, Peter and the staff of Conroy's Pharmacy, Mountrath, Dr. Crotty and the staff of the Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. A special thanks to Stephanie and the staff of Oghill Nusing Home, Monasterevin, for the care and attention they extended to Martin and our family during the last few weeks of his life. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our grateful appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Martin's Months Mind Mass will be in St. Fintan's Church, Raheen on Saturday 18th February at 7.30 p.m. May he rest in peace.
